Chocolate Chip Cookies
In 1938, in a delightful twist of culinary history, Ruth Graves Wakefield, anticipating the chocolate to melt into her cookie dough, chopped up chocolate and added it in. To her surprise, the chocolate held its shape, leading to the accidental creation of the chocolate chip cookie. These delicious treats were first served at the Toll House Inn in Whitman, Massachusetts, owned by Wakefield, and thus became famously known as Toll House Cookies.
Available displayed by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum. The result is a magical luminescence. Sizes up to 30x40 inches, exhibition mounted and ready to hang.
All signed on the back by myself, the photographer.
