Bagels
The Bagel is a bread roll with origins in the Jewish communities of Poland in the 16th century. Now made in all kinds of varieties, the toasting of Bagels in NewYork City is almost considered a sacrilege.
Available displayed by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum. The result is a magical luminescence. Sizes up to 30x40 inches, exhibition mounted and ready to hang.
